Learn how to better listen to yourself and others, using a proven structure. Become a better listener for yourself and others with the Emotional Fitness® method. These monthly 3-hour virtual sessions will allow you to learn and practice the power of listening in a supportive environment. They are accessible to everyone, no matter where you are. Your greatest commitment is simply to show up, practice, and discover how listening can transform your life.
