L'objectif principal d'Emotional Fitness ® Life est d'aider les individus à s'aider eux-mêmes en se connectant profondément à ce qui est dit, ressenti et vécu dans des situations quotidiennes.  C'est une merveilleuse opportunité de faire un travail personnel et un développement professionnel tout en découvrant comment devenir un puissant auditeur grâce à l'outil de base.  Chaque cours est un préalable au suivant, en commençant par l'outil de base, Listening Power.
